**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 HANA Expert to join our team in Sales Order Management. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of SAP S/4 HANA into our existing processes.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and its applications in Sales Order Management. You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the AS-IS process of Order to Cash, documenting the flow of information, material, and funds (SAP and non-SAP based processes)
  • Developing strategies to configure similar process controls or additional process controls in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Sharing SAP best practices that are not implemented in SAP ECC
  • Participating in business blueprinting work with cross-functional teams
  • Reviewing proposed TO-BE processes and highlighting concerns
  • Ensuring Piramal and GBSS policies are embedded in proposed TO-BE workflows of SAP S/4 HANA
  • Listing down several business scenarios that need to be configured in SAP S/4 HANA and tested
  • Understanding DGFT/CUSTOMS/RBI/CUSTOMER requirements specific to documentation and including it in SAP S/4 HANA requirement documents
  • Participating in end-user unit testing (UAT) and cross-functional integrated testing
  • Timely and accurately documenting functional testing outcomes and working with the SAP Implementation team to close observations
  • Providing weekly reports to functional leaders and GBSs head on milestones achieved, challenges on hand, possible solutions, and support required
  • Preparing detailed training documents for end-users and GBSS end-users of SAP S/4 HANA
  • Providing training on SAP S/4 HANA to GBSS Order Management team members
  • Providing L&L level support to GBSS Order Management team members on operational issues related to SAP S/4 HANA
  • Developing Subject Matter Experts within GBSS Order Management team members for SAP S/4 HANA
  • Performing periodic checks on whether the designed processes and various controls are working in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Developing a list of improvements planned in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Providing detailed requirements for several automations and SAP controls that need to be brought into SAP S/4 HANA
  • Ensuring timely closure of SAP S/4 HANA implementation
