Aerospace Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Aerospace Business Growth Specialist to spearhead business development initiatives and drive growth through market research, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
About the Role:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the aviation industry, leveraging data-driven insights to inform business strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth plans aligned with company objectives, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Analyze market dynamics to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Identify and pursue high-potential clients within the aviation sector, including government and private entities.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients, showcasing Yali Aerospace's capabilities and value proposition.
- Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, fostering collaboration and driving business success.
- Cultivate a network of contacts within the industry, staying abreast of the latest developments and trends.
- Maintain detailed records of business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management and documenting best practices.
About You:
- Possess an MBA in Marketing or a related field, preferably with a background in Mechanical and Aerospace engineering.
- Demonstrate experience in selling UAVs or introducing new products to the market, with a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Hold 0-3 years of experience in Business Development, with a results-driven mindset focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
- Show willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed, maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with aviation industry dynamics and market trends is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
