  1. Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by Viha Digital Commerce to provide expert advice to clients and tailor solutions to their needs.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth referrals, and collaboration with our marketing department.
  3. Attend networking events and conferences to establish connections with potential clients and stay informed about market developments.
  4. Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  5. Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted plans to pursue them.

What We Offer

As a Business Development Executive at Viha Digital Commerce, you can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in a digital commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of digital commerce principles and trends.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm.
