Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our development team at ValGenesis. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our digital products, particularly in the biopharma industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth expertise in our products and their applications in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Plan and execute computer system verification activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with software developers and product managers in an Agile team environment to deliver high-quality digital products.
  • Create testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports to assess quality and associated risk.
  • Map data flows in software to develop challenging and robust testing.
  • Conduct QA tests and verify outcomes within scheduled timelines.

Requirements

  • Prior experience/knowledge in the biopharma industry, specifically pharma regulatory, quality, risk, and process validation.
  • 5+ years of experience in functional flow testing across all test phases.
  • Experience with pharma validation/quality software systems or testing is a significant advantage.
  • Leadership experience in guiding junior team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Test Design.
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle processes.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (Robot, Selenium, etc.) is desirable.
