**Job Title:** Settlement Analyst

**About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled Settlement Analyst to join our team at Arting Digital Private Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing and settling financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities:**

• Process and settle financial transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Perform reconciliations for financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and validate NACHA files and OFAC compliance for transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transaction flows and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze transaction data to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on settlement activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to address transaction queries and provide support.

**Requirements:**

• 3+ years of experience in transaction settlements, reconciliations, and related functions within the US banking domain.
• Strong knowledge of NACHA file formats, payment systems, and OFAC compliance.
• Experience in processing and validating financial transactions.
• Solid understanding of banking operations, settlement processes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
