Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our analytics services sales efforts. As a strategic thinker and self-starter, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working closely with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our analytics offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach, developing strategies to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets, conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention, serving as a trusted advisor and providing insights and recommendations on leveraging analytics for business growth.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline growth, win rates, and revenue, providing accurate sales forecasts and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on analytics services, data solutions, or technology consulting.
  • 15+ Years of overall sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of analytics solutions, including data analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹ 80 lakh - ₹ 1.2 crore per annum (approximate), depending on location and experience.
