Key Responsibilities



  • Brainstorm and develop Corporate Branding project ideas to support brand RELIANCE.
  • Taking briefs from internal clients, comprehending and briefing the Creative/Production team.
  • Developing and producing a range of corporate materials, including invites, corporate gifts, and publications.
  • Liaising with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth implementation of projects.
  • Providing strategic guidance on best ways to express required communication and packaging strategies.
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining creative inventory, including photographs and videos.
  • Exploring ways to enhance ongoing processes and providing periodic updates to the Head of Department.
  • Planning jobs efficiently to maintain high speed, quality of output at optimum cost.

Requirements



  • Understanding of Branding, Design and Communication principles.
  • Execution of ideas and Product Management skills.
  • Vendor Management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand briefs.
  • Adept at working with multiple stakeholders in complex environments.

Qualifications/Experience



  • Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized University.
  • 1-3 years experience in Branding/Marketing Communication.
  • Experience in advertising industry/large corporate company preferred.
