Job Purpose:

Support the UK Brand & Communications team by providing video services for all requirements, including UK Territory Events and Marketing & Communications teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Manager on day-to-day operations of the video vertical.
  • Plan and oversee video pre-production and onsite production activities for video projects.
  • Lead members of the video team on projects, promoting collaboration and excellence in design.
  • Develop a productive working relationship with other teams within the business locally.
  • Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from primary UK Brand & Communications clients.
  • Identify best practices for video production and evolve daily operations as necessary.
  • Contribute to the creative process by sharing ideas and experience with other designers.
  • Deliver high-quality products, ensuring all projects are on schedule and follow group guidelines.
  • Nurture and supervise junior designers, helping them grow professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and industry developments in video production.
  • Oversee video collection, ensuring all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained.

Candidates' Profile:

  • High level of competency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Ability to operate studio equipment and post-production skills are an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 4 years of industry experience in a video & graphic production environment in a respected brand organisation or studio.
  • Excellent organisation, planning, and communication skills with exposure to Sr. Management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a habit of reviewing own work as part of the quality control process.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a diverse range of people, including Sr. Management.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage numerous projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative video concepts that align with the company's brand and marketing goals.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as required.
