Job Overview
Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our power solutions sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic relationships with customers, and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the power or energy industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue expansion, and sales strategy execution
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

Salary and Benefits
