About the Role

Fulcrum Digital is an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company providing digital transformation and technology services right from ideation to implementation. These services have applicability across a variety of industries including banking & financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team and subject matter experts to create training schedules and agendas.
  • Manage communication with trainers and participants to ensure smooth logistics and engagement.
  • Design engaging flyers, brochures, and promotional materials for training events.
  • Develop visually appealing presentations and other training materials in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to the company's visual identity and messaging.
  • Prepare training rooms and ensure all required equipment and materials are available.
  • Manage participant attendance, track training participation, and maintain updated training records.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants to help evaluate the effectiveness of training.
  • Assist the L&D team in converting training content into e-learning modules.
  • Manage content uploads and provide user support within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support data analysis for training effectiveness and generate detailed reports on training outcomes.
  • Recommend areas for improvement and strategies to enhance training programs.
  • Stay informed about current industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Propose innovative methods to improve training and development initiatives.

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field.
