Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Track end-to-end order journeys for B2C and B2B orders from creation to delivery.
  • Record, track, and review warehouse and delivery partners' performance against service level agreements and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate logistics partners for on-time and accurate pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on order status.
  • Take ownership of B2B customer documentation.
  • Share projections with warehouse and delivery partner teams for better planning.
  • Anticipate risks and work with relevant teams to resolve and restrict negative impacts.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in orders.
  • Handle return requests promptly and according to company policies.
  • Implement preventive actions to minimize future discrepancies and returns.
  • Track B2C order RTOs and B2B order RTVs to identify trends and solutions.
  • Maintain performance reports and dashboards.
  • Deploy and improve warehouse standard operating procedures.
  • Identify and onboard new logistics partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Basic understanding of warehousing and logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy with MS Excel knowledge.
