Job Description

As a seasoned business development professional, you will drive the adoption and growth of Microsoft Power Platform solutions in the enterprise market. Your key responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, understand their business needs, and promote the value proposition of Power Platform.

You will build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target industries, establishing iLink Digital as a trusted advisor for Power Platform solutions. Using your technical expertise, you will design and architect end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

You will provide technical guidance and leadership in implementing best practices and ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of Power Platform solutions. Your market research and competitive analysis skills will help you identify market trends, customer demands, and opportunities for differentiation in the Power Platform space.

You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to clients' specific needs. Your negotiation and contract discussion skills will ensure the alignment of business objectives and the successful closure of Power Platform deals.

You will monitor and track sales performance metrics, analyze market feedback, and provide insights to improve the sales and marketing strategies related to Power Platform solutions. Your ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Power Platform ecosystem will be essential in driving business development initiatives.

Requirements include a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform suite, proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the technology industry, with a focus on enterprise software or cloud solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are also essential.
