Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat with clear and empathetic answers.
  • Track orders and keep customers updated on their status.
  • Record returns and refunds, ensuring accurate dashboards.
  • Maintain logs for chargebacks, refunds, and returns to provide visibility to leadership.
  • Handle chargebacks and disputes by collecting order records and filing responses.
  • Identify suspicious activity and flag potential fraud early.
  • Create knowledge base articles, templates, and FAQs to improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or DTC.
  • Proficiency with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Notion, Google Sheets, or ClickUp.
  • Understanding of chargeback processes, prevention, and dispute handling.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
