About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Analog Design Flow II Specialist to join our team at Whitefield Careers. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the design and development of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain analog design flow methodologies and best practices, ensuring high-quality and robust designs for our cutting-edge products.
  • Collaborate with design layout and verification teams to define and implement analog design requirements, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Conduct and oversee mixed-signal simulations to verify design performance, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for EDA tool selection and usage, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Lead the integration of analog IP blocks into the overall ASIC flow, ensuring seamless tapeout activities.
  • Perform circuit analysis to drive improvements in design performance and efficiency, contributing to the continuous improvement of the analog design flow.
  • Participate in RTL design and chip-level integration activities, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog design and EDA tools.
  • Contribute to physical design aspects for analog and mixed-signal blocks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and integration issues, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Contribute to design reviews, providing technical expertise and staying updated on the latest industry developments.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal design, with proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso and other EDA tools.
  • Expertise in SPICE simulations and circuit-level analysis, with a strong understanding of Verilog SystemVerilog and related RTL design tools.
  • Experience in ASIC flow and tapeout processes, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Indepth understanding of analog and mixed-signal design principles, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in analog design, with strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, with a proven track record of successful tapeouts and product delivery.
