Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager with a solid understanding of SEO principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and converting these leads into successful partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the SEO sector.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including networking, cold calling, and leveraging online and offline channels.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's ideal client profile and business objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and tailored solutions.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Analyze competitors' activities and market dynamics to refine the business development strategy.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that support business development efforts.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the product development, marketing, and SEO teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through project execution.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on key business development metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client satisfaction. Use data and insights to continuously improve the business development process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is highly valued.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the SEO industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
