Proposal Manager Job Opportunity

The key objective of this role is to develop and present high-quality proposals for water and wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop compliant, compelling, and timely proposals that meet the project requirements.
  2. Design innovative and cost-effective water/wastewater treatment process solutions.
  3. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of technical proposals.
  4. Prepare detailed process and instrumentation diagrams for various water treatment systems.
  5. Conduct thorough tender studies and respond to pre-bid queries in a professional manner.
  6. Maintain a continuous learning approach to enhance knowledge on process technologies and designs.
  7. Design, engineer, and analyze physicochemical separations processes as pre-treatment systems for water.
  8. Establish relationships with vendors and contractors to improve buying power and competitiveness of proposals.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams for commercial and technical proposal development.
  10. Verify the accuracy and competitiveness of commercial proposals.
  11. Perform risk assessments and capture commercial risks associated with estimates and unknowns.
  12. Participate in customer meetings and design reviews as required.
  13. Provide technical support for commissioning and site project activities.
