About the Role:

As a Technical Integration Specialist at PayU, you will be responsible for providing support to our merchants, ensuring seamless integration of payment services. Your primary focus will be on isolating, diagnosing, and fixing technical issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with developers, merchants, and internal teams to resolve pre-integration and post-integration issues.
  • Address technical queries related to payment APIs, platforms, and plugins.
  • Communicate technical issues to merchants and internal departments.
  • Provide timely resolution to merchants and assist with Level 1 support.
  • Enhance the overall experience of our merchants by providing support for technical issues.
  • Analyze logs to identify common trends and underlying problems, escalating them to the product team.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to explain complex information in simple terms to non-IT personnel.
  • Logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of the product and process.
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills, with accurate record-keeping and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience in web development, preferably in Java, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, PHP, or Python.
  • Knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs and integrating different payment flows.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, KIBANA, DB SQL, and basic Linux/AIX skills.
