About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Executive Director Talent Management who will serve as a strategic advisor to our Founders & Leadership team on people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory: Collaborate closely with the Founders & Leadership team to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
  • HR Policy Development: Design and execute comprehensive HR policies and programs aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations in India.
  • Talent Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention rates.
  • Payroll & Attendance Management: Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll and attendance records.
  • Talent Acquisition: Establish efficient recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of HR professionals.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical result areas (KRAs) for the HR department.
  • Employee Development: Provide opportunities for training and professional growth.
  • Performance Evaluation: Design and implement effective evaluation systems.
  • Employee Life-cycle Management: Oversee the entire employee journey.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle employee grievances and concerns.
Requirements

A Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of 15-20 years of HR management experience is necessary.

Essential Skillsets
  • Thorough knowledge of Indian employment laws and compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
Estimated Salary: ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum
