About the Job:

  • We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team at the Delta Technology Hub.

Responsibilities:

  • Triage and resolve problematic forecasting at component level and airframe level, preventing AOS events, including low time remaining reports, forecasts signed off in error by Maintenance, manually submitted IMTs, and other system discrepancies.
  • Performs aircraft and component record keeping duties in the Blended Core Solution of SAP, SCEPTRE, and MIRS.
  • Maintains component automated recordkeeping databases along with monitoring inventory tracking of components.
  • Resolves system and customer generated issues related to but not limited to removal and installations, FTN creations, Sales and Shops Orders, inventory, Serializing Inspections, Forced Parts Changes, and Alerts.
  • Responsible for maintaining repair histories, cycles and times for serialized components tracked as FTN (Full Time Tracked) parts.
  • Support customers including Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance, Engineering, Line Planning, Hangar Planning, AOG Response, Materials, Quality/Inspection
  • Required to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

What You'll Need:

  • 3 - 5 years of industry experience including aircraft technical records experience preferred.
  • Experience in aviation maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems and database management.
  • Strong analytical skills and logic based problem solving skills.
  • Must have strong commitment to safety and compliance values.
  • Understanding of aircraft and power plant systems as related to compliance and record keeping within electronic systems.
  • Position requires working knowledge of aircraft structure, components, assemblies and associated configurations.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
  • Must have a strong sense of customer service.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Highly motivated and flexible with an attention to detail.

Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
