Saison Omni Seeks a Skilled Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager to join our team at Saison Omni. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to drive project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement within a dynamic organization.
About the Role
This role involves overseeing and guiding the successful execution of complex projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive project plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring partnerships and project milestones adhere to scheduled launch timelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Program Planning & Implementation: Develop and manage project plans, collaborate with stakeholders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure meetings capture actionable items, point of contact assignments, and timelines.
- Risk & Governance Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary, and address issues impacting project delivery proactively.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate bi-weekly meetings for yet-to-go-live partnerships and monthly feedback sessions with pilot customers, driving cross-functional meetings with Legal & Compliance, Product, and Tech teams to ensure alignment on project roadmaps.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in Banking or NBFC or financial sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
