As a Digital Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this vision by creating high-quality digital documentation that supports product deployment and maintenance throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and maintaining information products, including operation manuals, assembly instructions, inspection guides, training materials, multimedia content, and technical illustrations. Your primary goal will be to present complex information in a clear and concise manner using Simplified Technical English (STE) and Plain English.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will contribute to the development and improvement of technical communications business processes, competencies, tools, standards, and best practices. You will also use topic-based and single-sourcing methodology to create, maintain, and evolve Product Reference Manuals, Tool Service Manuals, User Guides, and other related documents.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a B.Sc./B.E. or B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics, or a Master's degree in English. A diploma or advanced training course in Technical Communication, Content Management, or equivalent is highly preferred.

You should have at least 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering product documentation, with excellent grammar and punctuation skills, attention to detail, and key interpersonal skills. Exposure to Content Management Systems (Windchill), XML authoring (Arbortext Editor), or equivalent is essential. Familiarity with illustration and graphic designing tools such as Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is also required.

Soft Skills
You must be a curious, quick learner, and adaptable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Initiative-taking, dependability, and a strong sense of integrity are essential qualities for this role.

Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
