* Monitor and control kitchen cleanliness, ensuring equipment and areas are maintained to a high standard.
* Prepare mise en place and working stations according to daily requirements and part stock lists.
* Assist Chef de Partie in duties and tasks, as assigned by management.
* Stay informed about daily specials, promotions, and menu offerings, including recipes and portion sizes.
* Be aware of accident, fire, and evacuation procedures, and carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Ability to follow hotel policies and procedures.
* Basic knowledge of first aid.
