We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SRE Engineer to join our Product Reliability and Operations team. Our innovative evidence management software serves leading law firms, governments, and corporations worldwide.

As a Senior SRE Engineer, you will be part of the core Platform Operations function responsible for security, delivery, and availability of multiple critical assets in the Legal Technology Portfolio.

You will participate in the On-Call rotation, supporting maintenance, scheduled work, support, and release/deployment requirements.

About the Role
  • Technical Leadership: Implement best practices as an SRE methodology expert.
  • Project Management: Strategically plan, design, and implement Operations projects to deliver value to customers, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders, such as business teams, product owners, project management, and support teams, to define priority issues and refine processes.
  • Decision Making: Make quick and effective data-driven decisions with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in productivity, monitoring, tooling, and set industry best practices.
About You
  • Experience working with three-tier web applications running in public and/or private cloud environments.
  • Technical expertise in Azure Cloud services, reverse proxies, networking infrastructure, DevOps deployment methodologies, and scaling database technologies.
  • Ability to handle IT infrastructure setup and maintenance on Azure and Windows servers.
  • Development of scripts and automation tools to streamline routine tasks and prevent errors.
  • Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring systems meet regulatory requirements and have experience with project and release lifecycles.
  • Driving technology strategy and execution while establishing strategic partnerships and delivering against product requirements.
  • Effective communication skills and experience leading and influencing others.
  • Strong knowledge of current technologies, including automation, DevOps, cloud native architecture, and system monitoring.
