Project Management Opportunity

Nair Systems is a boutique leading-edge technology consulting and professional services firm focusing on Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency, and Robotic Process Automation.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager - Technology Services for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions.

  • Job Description:

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple business units or technical domains. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed risk management strategies. Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Ensure adherence to the PMO's project governance framework, including documentation, reporting, and approval processes. Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans where needed.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Years of project management experience, preferably within a structured PMO environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure devops, TFS or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Desired Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and business engagement.
  • Familiarity with project portfolio management and reporting.
