Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Strategist to join our team in creating innovative digital solutions for the agricultural industry. This role involves defining and communicating a shared functional and architectural vision for products to ensure systems under development meet their intended purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with Enterprise- and Solution Architects to develop functional solutions from high- to low-level requirements.
  • Translate proposed solutions into integrated systems and provide in-depth functional insights.
  • Define best-fitting functional solutions to business problems by leveraging out-of-the-box platform capabilities and exploring solution alternatives.
  • Break down features into User Stories, Enablers, and Tasks.
  • Define Non-functional Requirements (NFRs).
  • Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality.
  • Support requirements engineering and refinement processes for agile teams.
  • Support estimating efforts for new developments and improvements.
  • Knowledge transfer for new and changed functions for the change management process.
  • Error analysis and support of the development team in troubleshooting.
  • Active participation and preparation for agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in system architecture, focusing on Adobe and web-based technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies, content management systems, and digital asset management best practices.
  • Proficiency in AEM development frameworks.
  • Certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert - AEM) are highly desirable.
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • Independent and solution-oriented behavior.
  • Strong analytical, holistic, and conceptual thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude.
