Job Title: EDI Integration and Cloud Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EDI Integration and Cloud Solutions Specialist to support our transition to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and ensure seamless integration between our various systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and enhance current EDI solutions, including Sterling Integrator and API integrations, to meet future scalability and functionality requirements.
  • Collaborate with Encora and other stakeholders to identify and implement optimal EDI solutions.
  • Ensure smooth integration with customers and partners, addressing any technical or operational issues as they arise.
  • Oversee and support the integration of our in-house TMS (built on Java and Oracle) with EDI and other internal systems.
  • Work closely with the development team to address integration challenges and improve system performance.
  • Support the transition from on-premises data solutions (Hadoop) to cloud-native solutions (BigQuery) on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Work with our existing data warehouse (Oracle Goldengate) and cloud storage solutions (Azure Gen 2 DW) to ensure seamless data migration and integration.
  • Implement and manage data solutions using Alteryx and other relevant tools.
  • Maintain support for both legacy systems (Transplace) and new systems in our Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and availability across all systems.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external partners, to drive successful EDI and cloud initiatives.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for EDI integration and cloud solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in EDI integration, cloud solutions, and data management.
  • Proven experience with Sterling Integrator, API integrations, and TMS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and protocols (AS2, FTP, HTTP).
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (Oracle Goldengate, Azure Gen 2 DW) and ETL tools (Alteryx).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
