We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to join the AI foundry program and contribute to the development and deployment of ML models for AI use cases across the platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient ML models using Python and other supporting technologies including Cloud Run, SQL, GCP, and Vertex AI.

**Job Role:** AIML Lead Engineer
**Years of Experience:** 7-12 Years
**Work Location:** Chennai / Hyderabad
**Mode of Work:** Hybrid (WFO)
**Work Time:** 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift

The successful candidate will have the following essential responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using predictive analytics, in Python, Tensorflow, Pytorch etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, data science) to define and refine business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection to ensure optimal model performance.
  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable machine learning pipelines
  • Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for real-time and batch processing.
  • Keep up with the latest advancements in AI/ML and explore new technologies and frameworks.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices for AI/ML development.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and presentations.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in application development with strong experience in Python development with NumPy, Pandas, Sci-kit learn packages
  • Strong understanding of and experience working with, machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Strong understanding of and experience working with deep learning algorithms such as CNNs, RNNs, MLPs, Feed forward Neural Networks etc., including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with popular machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Experience with any public cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with Cloud Run, SQL, and other GCP or other equivalent cloud services will be a plus
  • Experience with Vertex AI or other AI/ML platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Good communication and articulation skills
