Key Production Professional

The Key Production Professional is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production processes within the plant. This includes several key responsibilities.

Production Responsibilities
  • Ensuring raw materials, packing materials, and solvents are correctly identified before usage.
  • Maintaining optimal storage conditions of raw materials/intermediates in the plant.
  • Following established process conditions for batches as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Receiving instructions from shift Incharge/managers for batch charging/monitoring and following up accordingly.
  • Reporting any deviations/discrepancies in the plant/process to the shift Incharge.
Documentation Responsibilities
  • Completing online records related to BPR, equipment usage, and cleaning with respect to their shift.
  • Filling area differential pressure records, centrifuge bags records, and other relevant records for the PP area.
cGMP Responsibilities
  • Guiding and training workmen in Finished Powder Processing Section to ensure adherence to cGMP protocols.
  • Ensuring that yield and quality of finished products meet predefined standards.
  • Packing of finished products adheres to SOP guidelines.
Safety Responsibilities
  • Staying informed about MSDS of related materials to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Educating and supervising plant operators in safe handling of chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents.
