We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations, ensuring effective management of the Administration Team and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring, leveraging various tools and resources
- Conduct thorough interviews and make informed hiring recommendations, collaborating with department heads on staffing needs
- Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards, tracking key metrics and optimizing hiring processes
- Design and implement comprehensive performance management systems, focusing on employee growth and development
- Facilitate regular performance reviews and goal setting, providing coaching and guidance to managers on performance management techniques
- Develop targeted employee development programs, addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Create recognition and rewards programs to motivate employees and enhance job satisfaction
- Conduct thorough workload assessments across departments, analyzing job roles and responsibilities for efficiency
- Recommend staffing adjustments based on workload analysis, monitoring employee productivity and satisfaction
- Implement workforce planning strategies, developing metrics to track workload distribution and optimize resource allocation
- Administer all employee leave programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Process leave requests and maintain accurate documentation, coordinating coverage during employee absences as needed
- Update leave policies regularly, generating reports on leave utilization and trends
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Handle employee relations issues and investigations, maintaining confidentiality and upholding company values
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Maintain HRIS systems and data accuracy, preparing reports for management and stakeholders
- Ensure workplace safety compliance, promoting a safe and healthy work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) highly valued
- 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years in management; experience in talent acquisition and performance management essential
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance, with expertise in HRIS systems and analytics
- HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, ADP); Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HR analytics and reporting tools
- Performance management software; proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
