Job Title: Network Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst to join our team at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying various network devices and services, as well as providing Level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Design and Deployment: Design and deploy various network devices and services, ensuring that they meet the company's requirements and standards.
  • Level-3 Support and Troubleshooting: Provide Level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve complex network issues, working closely with the operations team to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Incident Analysis and Resolution: Conduct in-depth analysis of each incident and develop effective resolutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Configuration and Change Management: Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
  • Security and Compliance: Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's guidelines, ensuring that the network devices remain secure and compliant.
  • Network Environment Establishment: Establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, and enforcing system standards.
  • Network Performance Maximization: Maximize network performance by proactive actions such as log analyzing, scheduling upgrades, introducing automation for network optimization.
  • Vulnerability Management: Understand and mitigate vulnerabilities, ensuring that the network remains secure and resilient.

Requirements:

  • Networking Experience: A minimum of 5-8+ years of experience in networking, with a strong understanding of network protocols, devices, and security principles.
  • Cisco ACI Experience: Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, including design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Juniper Network Devices and Firewalls: Hands-on experience with Juniper network devices and firewalls, including design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven Network Engineering Experience: Proven experience in network engineering, including LAN, WAN design and implementation, network capacity planning, and network security principles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and internet standards, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and WAF.
  • Networking Protocols: Deep understanding of networking protocols, including IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS, and SDWAN.
  • Scripting Languages: Good knowledge of scripting languages, including Ansible and Python.
  • Monitoring and Diagnostic Tools: Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
  • Certifications: Certifications in CCNP and CCIE and automation are preferred.
