Technical Solutions Expert

You will play a key role in supporting our application security portfolio by working closely with the sales team to design customer-centric solutions and guide organizations on best practices in application security.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Conducting technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops for AppScan and AppScan on Cloud.
  • Preparing responses for technical sections of RFIs/RFPs and addressing customer queries.
  • Guiding customers in adopting AppScan within secure SDLC practices.
  • Partnering with sales, product management, and support teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Building reusable technical assets (presentations, demo scripts, FAQs).
  • Conducting partner enablement workshops and providing technical guidance for channel engagements.
  • Staying updated on cybersecurity trends and compliance requirements.
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting in AppSec or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of programming/scripting languages.
  • Experience with security testing tools like Fortify, Checkmarx, Snyk, Veracode, or Burp Suite.
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.

This is a hybrid role with a travel requirement of up to 25-30% within India. The primary product focus is AppScan (on-premises and cloud).]
