Operations and Network Executive Job Description

The Operations and Network Executive is a critical role that oversees the day-to-day operational activities of our organization. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of tasks, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver timely and reliable services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand our network by partnering with private operators in identified cities to enhance our ambulance services.
  • Provide comprehensive training to ambulance owners and staff on utilizing mobile apps for trip management.
  • Regularly interact with our call center team to coordinate regular ambulance trips.
  • Follow up with operators and users regarding payments owed.
  • Collaborate with the call center to negotiate rates with operators for trips or events.
  • Monitor critical trip progress, particularly outstation trips, to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Interface with users, call center representatives, and ambulance staff to resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, educating staff accordingly.
  • Escalate complex issues beyond control to senior management in a timely manner.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and provide activity updates as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Multitasking abilities are necessary to manage various responsibilities effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to our startup culture is vital for success.
  • Availability on WhatsApp and calls during business hours is expected.
  • Personal laptop ownership is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil languages is highly desirable.
