Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Onboarding and Business Development Specialist to join our team at SVAYO By Infinitied Labs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, onboarding, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new saloon partners and facilitate their integration with our platform.
  • Visit assigned areas, onboard new partners, and collect required valid details.
  • Promote our app and explain its benefits to saloon owners.
  • Capture details, download the partner app, and collect KYC documents.
  • Acquire new merchants and drive overall volume growth from their region.
  • Build a pipeline and engage with saloon owners to bring closures.
  • Develop business plans to achieve weekly/monthly targets with the Inside Sales Team.
  • Ensure product training to customers and submit daily sales reports.
  • Utilize personal transportation to commute around assigned areas.
  • Work from our office located in East Bangalore, covering areas from Marthahalli to Whitefield.

Requirements:

  • Part-time, full-time, or contractual positions available.
  • Competitive salary range: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month.
  • Day shift, morning shift, or flexible shift schedules.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Bangalore City, Karnataka.

Application Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
