Learning and Development Manager

At WELLS FARGO BANK, we are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team.
About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of learning programs that drive business results. As a Senior Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering training materials, coaching employees, and mentoring colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees and drive business outcomes.
- Coach and Mentor Employees: Provide one-on-one coaching and group coaching to help employees develop new skills and achieve their goals.
- Mentor Colleagues: Act as a mentor and peer coach to new and tenured Learning and Development Facilitators.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with instructional design teams, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of learning initiatives.
- 4+ Years of Experience in Learning and Development: Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, coaching employees, and mentoring colleagues.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
