**Team Lead Operations Role Summary**: We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Team Lead Operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.

The Team Lead Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve their best.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage daily workflows to ensure maximum capacity utilization
  • Ensure schedule adherence for self and team
  • Effectively manage operations by overcoming daily challenges such as absenteeism, erratic workflow, and ad hoc requests
  • Communicate regularly with US offices through calls and emails
  • Perform random quality checks on volumes processed by team members
  • Conduct daily meetings with team and provide timely process updates to maintain quality
  • Anticipate client needs and prepare reports
  • Review QC feedbacks and devise ways to improve quality of the team
  • Uphold quality standards by conducting spot checks

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate or master's degree in any stream
  • Proactive approach to taking up new challenges and increasing scope of self-exposure
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills with problem-solving ability
  • Good networking skills across the organization to get things done
  • Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training
  • Ability to create a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO
  • Ability to de-stress the work environment under pressure
  • Very strong computer skills in Window, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet
  • Ability to learn quickly and teach members on process nuances
  • Knowledge of financial services and class action/mass tort is good to have
  • Ability to interact with confidence with US internal and external customers
  • Candidate with experience in legal process domain will be an advantage
  • Ability to review reports and take actions based on data
  • Ability to manage change

**Career Progression:** If you are performing well in this role, there may be opportunities to grow into Senior Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Operations Manager positions.
