Customer Success Lead IT Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at RChilli Inc. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for results, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with products or services, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including customer inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and continuously improve customer support processes.
- Keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively support customers.
- Develop and manage client portfolios, sustaining business growth and profitability.
- Continuously evaluate and improve customer experience through data analysis and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- MBA in Sales or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
- Highly organized and able to multitask, with a self-driven and proactive nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
- Knowledge of customer success processes and experience working in the information technology service industry.
