Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Zenatix Solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the region, while building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Manage a portfolio of large and mid-sized deals, from initial contact to closure.
  • Represent Zenatix Solutions at various corporate events and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions to commercial buildings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in HVAC solutions, BMS, or automation.
  • Proven track record of driving results in a goal-oriented sales environment.
  • Experience in solutions and consultative sales.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to converse at various levels within customer organizations.
