About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Solutions Executive to join our team at Egon Zehnder. As a key member of our Global Visual Solutions Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual communications strategies that support our brand experience and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and produce long and short-form digital and print assets for internal and external business functions.
  • Translate data and articles into compelling infographics, data visualization, and comprehensive visual materials that influence and stimulate customer engagement.
  • Work with brand, creative, and technical project teams to define and document requirements, and overall user experience/interface vision on projects.
  • Manage a varied workload of multiple ongoing tasks, including new function development and product maintenance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in graphic design production.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with high aesthetic value for design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge in animation, video editing, and photography/videography using Premiere and After Effects.
