At BETSOL, we are seeking an experienced Technical Support Services Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive teams and deliver monthly/quarterly goals
• Analyze numbers and recommend process improvements
• Engage with clients through proactive communication and regular reviews
• Lead, motivate, and assist a team of Technical Support Specialists
• Master process knowledge required for operational delivery
• Align with client strategies and drive initiatives for improvement in KPIs
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical support and leadership
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of quality and process improvement techniques
• Good leadership skills
