Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Optimization Manager to join our team in Bangalore / hybrid location. This role will play a key part in optimizing and streamlining HR processes across the organization, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in process design, optimisation, and management within the HR function of a global organization.



Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to streamline HR processes.
  • Design and implement People processes at various levels (L2-L5), ensuring they are scalable, adaptable, and optimized for different regions/business units.
  • Create process documentation and guidelines, ensuring clarity and consistency across all locations.
  • Identify opportunities for automating People processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to HR processes and compliance.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process design, optimisation, and management within the HR function of a global organization.
  • Professional certification in Project Management (PMP), Process Improvement (Six Sigma, LEAN), or HR (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of HR technologies and experience with automation and AI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Project management experience, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
