Facilities Operations Manager for Semiconductor Manufacturing

The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Facility Lead to work on optimizing cost-efficiency, smart operations, and green manufacturing for our advanced semiconductor facility. As our Facilities Operations Manager, you will not only operate a leading-edge fab but also contribute to achieving energy efficiency by developing green manufacturing technology.
This includes designing and maintaining green buildings, conserving utilities, reducing material waste, recycling, and reclamation.
You will conceptualize, engineer design, analyze, and document water treatment hardware and systems for semiconductor manufacturing. This role requires collaboration with Design or Project Management teams on large-scale designs and projects.
Main Responsibilities- Design and implementation of ultra-pure water systems, including diversified unit operations for tap water production in 90nm-22nm fab environments.
- Development and operation of comprehensive post-treatment systems for wastewater treatment, adhering to regulatory requirements and maximizing reclamation from 5nm fab production.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Wastewater Treatment Technology, or related fields.
- Advanced chemical engineering kinetics, chemical reaction, fluid dynamics design, heat transfer, and thermal management expertise.
- Experience with Ultra-Pure Water Systems, Waste Water Treatment Systems, and Predictive Maintenance programs in the semiconductor industry.
This position may require working outside regular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shift work and emergency overtime are mandatory.
