Job Overview
This role involves working as a junior sales professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in bike sales. The position is a full-time employment opportunity based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. Salary range and employee count will be competitive.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in bike sales
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of motorcycles and their technical specifications
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Passionate about motorcycles and the automobile industry
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective customers
- Assist customers in finding the right motorcycle based on their requirements and budget
- Provide product information and answer customer queries
- Demonstrate motorcycle features and assist in test rides
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely delivery of sold motorcycles
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the showroom
