Job Overview

This role involves working as a junior sales professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in bike sales. The position is a full-time employment opportunity based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. Salary range and employee count will be competitive.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in bike sales
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of motorcycles and their technical specifications
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Passionate about motorcycles and the automobile industry

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective customers
  • Assist customers in finding the right motorcycle based on their requirements and budget
  • Provide product information and answer customer queries
  • Demonstrate motorcycle features and assist in test rides
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely delivery of sold motorcycles
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the showroom
