Core Responsibilities.

We seek a skilled Frontend Manager to lead the development and implementation of our website. This individual will oversee the user experience, content strategy, feature launches, personalization, and experimentation with a focus on driving engagement and conversion.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Frontend Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive frontend roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive UI/UX improvements to ensure a seamless and brand-consistent experience across devices.
  • Collaborate with tech/design teams to deliver fast, responsive, and user-friendly pages.
  1. Content & Creative Strategy
  • Manage and oversee all website content updates — banners, landing pages, product launches, and campaign rollouts.
  • Partner with design and marketing teams to ensure creatives are optimized for engagement and conversions.
  • Own the content calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  1. Feature Launches & Experimentation
  • Conceptualize and launch new website features to enhance engagement (e.g., improved CLP sorting, dynamic landing pages, interactive modules).
  • Drive personalization initiatives (custom user journeys, product recommendations, homepage variations).
  • Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize layouts, content placements, and new features.
  • Track outcomes of experiments and scale successful initiatives.
  1. Performance Tracking & Insights
  • Monitor website KPIs: load speed, CTR, bounce rate, session time, conversion rate.
  • Build performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Continuously improve frontend performance and user experience based on data and testing outcomes.
  1. Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to align website initiatives with business objectives.
  • Work with engineering and design teams to prioritize frontend features and improvements.
  • Act as the voice of the user, ensuring customer-centric thinking in all website decisions.

Key Performance Metrics:

  • Website performance: +10–15% improvement in speed and responsiveness.
  • Campaign execution: 100% on-time rollout of content and creative updates.
  • Engagement uplift: Increase CTR and session duration through new features and personalization.
  • Conversion impact: Measurable uplift in CVR via A/B testing and UX improvements.
  • Experimentation cadence: At least 2 experiments per month with documented learnings.
