Senior Data Scientist

As a senior data scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's decision-making processes through data-driven insights. Your expertise will be instrumental in architecting end-to-end machine learning solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as Primary Technical Contact: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from technical teams to C-level executives by providing exceptional technical support and guidance.
  2. Develop Customized ML Solutions: Design and implement predictive models, recommendation systems, and generative AI applications tailored to customer use cases.
  3. Lead Proof-of-Concepts and Deployments: Oversee proof-of-concepts, pilot deployments, and production implementations while ensuring seamless integration with customer systems.
  4. Conduct Data Assessments and Strategy Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to customers through data assessments and model lifecycle management.
  5. Mentor Customer Teams and Enhance Internal Capabilities: Share best practices and train customer teams to enhance their data science capabilities.
  6. Identify New Opportunities and Gather Feedback: Collaborate with customers to identify new opportunities and gather feedback to enhance existing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Data Science or Related Field: A Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is required.
  • Hands-on Data Science Experience: 5+ years of hands-on data science experience with 2+ years in customer-facing or consulting roles is necessary.
  • Proven Track Record in Delivering ML Solutions: A proven track record of delivering machine learning solutions in production environments is essential.

Technical Skills:

  • Programming Languages: Advanced Python/R programming skills and strong SQL capabilities are required.
  • Machine Learning Expertise: Deep learning, NLP, traditional ML algorithms, and generative AI/LLMs are key areas of expertise.
