Job Description

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Advising students on study abroad opportunities, including program options, application processes, and eligibility requirements.
  • Providing personalized guidance to students based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.
  • Assisting students with the application process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Conducting informational sessions and workshops to educate students about studying abroad, cultural considerations, and adjustment challenges.
  • Offering support and guidance to students throughout their study abroad experience, including pre-departure orientation, cultural adaptation, and academic success.
  • Addressing students' concerns and providing solutions to challenges they may encounter while studying abroad, such as homesickness or academic difficulties.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company, as well as educational institutions and partner organizations, to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services.
  • Maintaining records of student interactions, program enrollments, and outcomes to track progress and assess effectiveness of services.
  • Participating in recruitment activities, such as school visits, fairs, and presentations, to attract prospective students and promote study abroad opportunities.
