Business Development Manager at Hellowork

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Hellowork. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing roles, with experience in pitching deal structures, managing lead funnels, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitching deal structures to CXOs of partners
  • Management of the funnel of leads for new partners
  • Relationship management for existing clients and increasing exposure (upsell)
  • Responsible for preliminary screening of proposals
  • Coordination with Analytics for detailed structuring
  • Analytical evaluation of opportunities shown to the BD Team which involves in-depth modelling for transaction
  • Negotiation and closures for land possession
  • Coordination with finance and other teams for deal evaluation and closure process (Funding / investments for approved development projects)
  • Support due diligence (technical, corporate, financial, legal, title, and regulatory)
  • Analyze industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Knowledge of basic financial metrics and financial modeling
  • Experience in relationship management with CXOs of a company
  • Ability to understand different business models and ability to find a quick solution for clients' problems
  • Understanding of financial markets, loan structures, and other financial B2B products
  • Experience in corporate leasing/corporate loan is a plus
