Content Strategist Job Description

About this role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging content that resonates with audiences across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling, platform-specific content for campaigns (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create campaign messaging, taglines, scripts, captions, and briefs tailored to brand tone
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop creative directions and campaign ideas
  • Maintain brand consistency and compliance in all content
  • Brainstorm fresh, trend-led concepts to maximize audience engagement
  • Edit and refine submissions for clarity, tone, and brand alignment
  • Stay updated on digital content trends, social media language, and culture

Requirements:

  • 1–1.5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in influencer marketing, digital, or social media content
  • Strong command of English (and additional languages a plus)
  • Ability to adapt writing style to match different brand tones
  • Creative thinker with sharp storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working under tight timelines and multiple campaigns
  • Collaborative mindset to work with creative teams

Good to Have:

  • Experience writing short-form social-first content (memes, reels, shorts)
  • Knowledge of influencer/creator ecosystem
  • Understanding of SEO and digital content trends

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging content that drives results.
