We're looking for a talented Tech Recruiter to join our team

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Tech Recruiter to execute the entire recruitment cycle, from Screening to the new hire start date. You'll own the process and work closely with our team to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals to attract high-quality talent promptly.
  2. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, including ATS, networking, and social media.
  3. Collaborate with our team to grasp job needs and team dynamics for optimal talent fit.
  4. Promote Aryng's values and Remote culture to attract candidates that align with our culture.
  5. Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire to improve hiring efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the employer brand via recruitment initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 4 years' full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on hiring for data roles (Data Engineers, Data Analyst, Data Scientist).
  2. Experience working in a remote startup environment.
  3. Experience with a consulting setting is preferred.
  4. 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in data-related hiring.

  4. Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees.
