SalaryThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of 15,000 per month, with an option for interns at 8,000 per month. This compensation package reflects the company's commitment to rewarding talent and expertise.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern/Executive to support our dynamic HR department with a range of day-to-day tasks. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about building a career in Human Resources, providing hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Screen resumes via telephonic or video interviews
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Help organize orientation sessions for new hires and manage documentation for employee exits
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and documentation as needed
- Employee Engagement: Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and company events
- HR Operations: Aid in daily HR tasks like preparing HR-related documents, policies, and updating internal databases
- Learning and Development: Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions or workshops for employees
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus
