At ABABIL HEALTHCARE, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Madhavaram, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, prospects, or clients to sell products/services, gather information, or provide support.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
About the Role:
The Customer Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, providing product/service information and support, resolving customer complaints and concerns, and upselling or cross-selling relevant products/services. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records of calls made, sales, and customer interactions, follow company scripts and guidelines, stay up-to-date on product/service knowledge, meet or exceed performance metrics, and collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales
- Achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Pitching products/services to potential customers
- Handling customer objections and negotiations
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone
- Providing product/service information and support
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Upselling or cross-selling relevant products/services
- Maintaining accurate records of calls made, sales, and customer interactions
- FOLLOWING company scripts and guidelines
- Staying up-to-date on product/service knowledge
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics (e.g., call volume, conversion rates)
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- BASIC computer skills (CRM software, dialing systems)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred

Estimated Salary: ₹250,000 - ₹400,000 per annum
